Advice & Guidance

 The purpose of this work-based qualification is to demonstrate the work of practitioners who undertake activities at Level 3 working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice, and some level of guidance. Candidates will be working with information that is often interpreted by others, usually working within some clear guidelines.

It is suitable for those whose work includes clear guidelines in the practice of advice and guidance and who are working in designated advice and/or guidance organisations who work giving advice and guidance and whose role it is to provide information that is often interpreted by others and for anyone who is looking to make sure the service they deliver is working effectively. It is also for those who are looking to develop their skills & knowledge further and looking to transfer volunteering skills into the workplace.  

Requires 21 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
