Business Administration Level 3 Diploma

The purpose of this work-based qualification is to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills they need to operate as a successful business administrator and to confirm competence of those already fulfilling a business administration role. 

It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to business administration roles, such as communication, presentation skills and providing administrative support. The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to develop the skills and qualities valued in employees by employers and understand & work on their strengths and weaknesses as a business administrator.

Requires 58 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
