Level 2 - Equality & Diversity Certificate

The purpose of this knowledge-based qualification is to increase the candidate’s knowledge and awareness of the issues surrounding equality and diversity and how to apply this awareness through their actions in society, community and the workplace. By completing the qualification, candidates will develop knowledge of equality and diversity in all the below three areas and is not restricted to just educational settings, appropriate for individuals and organisations in all sectors.

Comprises of three units:

Unit 1 - Equality and diversity in society
Unit 2 - Equality and diversity in the community
Unit 3 - Equality and diversity in the workplace

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
