Hospitality Retail Outlet Level 3 Certificate

The purpose of this qualification is to enable candidates to develop knowledge, understanding & skills essential for working in Hospitality Retail Outlet Management and is for those who work in, or want to work, in hospitality retail outlets as team leaders and supervisors working independently without the support of a manager on site. The hospitality retail outlet team leader or supervisor will oversee ensuring good customer service, monitoring stock levels and dealing with all customer queries. 

The qualification gives learners the opportunity to demonstrate competence as team leaders & supervisors in hospitality retail outlets, develop knowledge & skills related to the specified job roles in hospitality retail outlet management &/or to have existing skills recognised.

Requires 31 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
