The purpose of this qualification is to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills required to develop team leading skills that can be relied upon by employers in a range of industries and provide candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to communicate with a range of stakeholders at different levels.

It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to team leading roles including; Encouraging innovation, Lead a team successfully, Provide leadership and personal performance management, Working collaboratively with other departments and Taking a role in projects. 

Requires 40 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
