The purpose of this qualification is to provide candidates with the underpinning knowledge to support those in leadership and management roles. It will focus on the study of leadership and management to support different occupational areas ·and provide candidates with the skills they need to operate as a successful manager.
It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to management roles including; Managing resources and budgets, Operational and human resource planning and management, Strategic planning and development, Business performance measurement and Improvement, quality management and stakeholder engagement.
Requires 37 credits for full certification – to be agreed.
Studied via distance learning with personal tutor support and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
