The purpose of this qualification is to develop candidates with the skills they need to operate as a successful manager. It can also confirm competence of those already fulfilling a senior managerial role. Candidates from a range of occupations and sectors will be able to develop skills relevant to senior managerial roles, such as business process, strategic change and risk management.

It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to senior management roles including; Strategic business management and planning, Customer relationship management, Quality management in an organisation, Successful business team development, Understanding organisational structure, culture, and values, Business administration systems and Stakeholder engagement & management.

Requires 39 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning with personal tutor support and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
