The aim and purpose of this qualification is for managers who wish to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing their organisation’s strategy.

It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to senior strategic management roles including; Developing and then Executing a strategic business plan, Design business processes, Manage product and/or service development and Develop & manage collaborative relationships with other organisations.

Requires 15 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning with personal tutor support.
