The aim and purpose of this work-based qualification is for senior managers & leaders who have the authority to build on their strategic management & leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing their organisation’s strategy.

It is suitable for candidates to develop and demonstrate skills in a range of areas relevant to senior strategic management roles including; Developing and then Executing a strategic business plan, Provide strategic leadership and direction, Lead the development of a quality strategy, Lead the development of a continuous improvement strategy and Shape organisational culture and values.

Requires 45 credits for full certification – to be agreed.
