Assessment & Quality Assurance

This qualification is intended for those who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the work environment (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment). It includes the following assessment methods: assessment of the learner in simulated environments, skills tests, oral and written questions, assignments, projects, case studies and recognising prior learning.

It is suitable for candidates to provide the essential knowledge and understanding that assessment staff require for vocationally related assessment.

Requires 9 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
