Retail & Commercial Enterprise

The purpose of this qualification is to provide candidates interested in developing and progressing a career in Retail, who may or may not already be employed in the industry. The qualification will focus on the study of Retail Skills Management & Retail and Enterprise. It offers a breadth and depth of study, incorporating a key core of knowledge and provides opportunities to acquire practical skills via a selection of units.

It is suitable for candidates to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to retail management roles, such as staff management, audit stock & inventories, promote sales and contribute to the continuous improvement. The objectives of this qualification is to  provide candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to work in the retail sector.

Requires 43 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
