The purpose of this work-based qualification is to demonstrate your competence in identifying learning and training needs, designing and sourcing learning & development solutions and delivering & evaluating training, understanding assessment and evaluation of provision and your own practice.
It is suitable for practitioners who have learning and development as a significant part of their role. It is suitable for in-house trainers and training managers, external trainers, assessors, verifiers, workplace managers or supervisors, and staff with responsibility for colleagues' learning and development.
Requires 30 credits for full certification – to be agreed.
Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
