 The purpose of this work-based qualification is to demonstrate your competence in identifying the learning needs of individuals, preparing learning and development resources, and by creating a conducive learning environment. The candidate may be involved with developing and assessing the skills, knowledge and competence of their learners primarily in the workplace or in work-related programmes of learning, employer engagement to develop & support provision,  evaluation and the analysis of data or delivery of training using information technology.

It is suitable for learning and development practitioners with relatively complex skills and significant responsibilities who work across several, if not all, phases of the learning and development cycle and who manage learning and development provision at an operational level. 

The Level 4 Diploma also contains a ‘Management’ endorsed pathway for those whose job role involves a mixture of practice and management - please enquire!

Requires 45 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
