The purpose of this job-ready qualification is to confirm candidate’s competence in their role and demonstrate in the workplace the skills & knowledge required in the warehousing and storage industry. It can also prepare candidates to either enter or progress within employment in the warehousing and storage industry.

It is suitable for candidates to develop transferable skills that are valued by employers across a range of industries such as customer service, health and safety, and cleanliness. This qualification will focus on the study of warehousing and storage within the retail and commercial enterprise sector and offer breadth & depth of study, incorporating a key core of knowledge and provide opportunities to acquire a variety of practical and technical skills.

Requires 26 credits for full certification – to be agreed.

Studied via distance learning and is also available as a group delivered course for organisations.
